What is the cost?

Some applications will be subject to a mandatory $25 RCMP, so please be sure to call or email ahead of time for clarification.

Can I initiate a vulnerable sector application here?

Nope. RCMP policy states that a VSS must be conducted by the local police agency in your jurisdiction. Once you receive a letter from your local police agency requesting your fingerprints, we can take your electronic fingerprints.

Do I need an appointment to be fingerprinted?

No. Appointments are not needed. We accept walk-ins anytime during regular business hours. Please contact us for directions, business hours, and instructions.

How long will it take for my fingerprints to be taken?

Our livescan process is fast and clean. A complete fingerprint session takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.

What is the processing time?

The turn-around time for a ‘No Match’ Application is 3-10 business days. On the other hand, ‘With Match” Applications may take 120 days or more to process. Please visit the RCMP website for the most current information on processing times.

What is the refund policy?

Once an electronic fingerprint application is submitted to the RCMP, no refund can be issued. You are responsible for ensuring that all information being transmitted to the RCMP is correct. If you are notified of a verification failure, you must report back to our offices to complete a new police check.
